The personal additions included with this condo were outstanding! Items like the coffee bar, beach chairs, and bedding were all high quality. There were also many other things that stood out upon my arrival, extra water bottles in the fridge and ice in the freezer, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom included extra high quality towels. Our small family was so impressed by Lana's place in St. Pete Beach. Things were so thoughtfully placed around the condo and Lana left a binder of information outlining everything in the condo and how it functions. The location was excellent! Close to so many restaurants and a short walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach!!! Accommodations were great and LOVED the coffee and espresso station! We had a terrific stay at Lana’s place across from St. Pete Beach. Lana was in contact with us right up to and through our stay. The place was as advertised at a great price. Equipped either with everything we needed for a stay at the beach. Live entertainment done the street and many restaurants within walking distance. Lana's beach condo was a fantastic place to stay for our group! We had a wedding to attend in St Pete Friday and Saturday. The condo was in the perfect location for us. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and the waterfront. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, and it had a very nice shower. I only have the highest recommendation for Lana’s Majestic Beach Condo. It was beautiful, comfortable, cozy and the bonus of the amenities + beach only a street away made it a top tier listing for me. We highly recommend staying in this condo! The condo is very clean, spacious and has everything you would need for the beach. They have chairs, towels, a cooler, umbrellas, a beach wagon and more. The owner of the condo was so nice and accommodating during our stay. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect distance from everything you need! During our stay we didn’t need a car for anything & there is a convenience store and many bars/restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the condo! The beach is also down the block which it is perfect. It was so relaxing and quiet at the beach we loved it. We highly recommend visiting the Secret Garden for the sunset which is a 4 minute walk from the condo. A few restaurants/bars we loved within walking distance were the Toasted Monkey, Coconut Charlie’s, and Ricks Reef! We will definitely going back to visit and staying in this condo, thank you Lana!
